We start with a call to understand your business, your goals, and how you want to be positioned. From there, we carry out market research and an audit of your current social media presence, so we can define clear objectives together, or align with the ones you've already set.

Your first twelve days
This opening period is dedicated to setting up the infrastructure your account runs on for the rest of the engagement. Concretely, that means:
  • 01Market research and a competitor analysis, mapping what's already working in your space and where the gaps are.
  • 02A full audit of your current social presence, positioning, and content history.
  • 03Defining the goals we're building toward, and the analytics worth tracking against them: reach, engagement rate, saves, profile visits, or leads, depending on what actually matters for your business.
  • 04Building your editorial plan: the content pillars, formats and posting cadence for the month ahead.
  • 05Setting up the reporting structure you'll see in your monthly review, so progress is visible from month one.
Publishing can already begin during this period, but the first month generally carries a slightly lighter posting count than the months that follow, because this groundwork is what everything else builds on.

From day thirty onward
This is when we should start reaching the objectives we set together. Your package includes a monthly review meeting whenever you need it, to check progress and adjust the strategy as your business evolves.
